Scenario
As an admin or content owner, you want to take action on multiple assignees to a content item. Possible actions you can do in bulk include editing due dates or expiration dates, marking assignments complete or unmarking as complete, or exporting assignees to a CSV and copying their email addresses.
Solution
Go to the content item whose assignments you want to manage in bulk.
Open the context menu (button with three dots) and select Manage assignments.
โSelect the assignees you want to take action on.
After making a selection, an option appears to Select all assignees, allowing you to take action on all assignees.
Open the Bulk actions menu.
You can do one of the following for all selected assignees:
Export CSV - exports a CSV file with assignment info for all the selected assignees
Copy emails - copies email addresses for all selected assignees so you can paste them into an email message
Edit - lets you update the assignment details, like the due date or expiration date
Mark as completed - marks the assignment as complete for all selected assignees
This action does not impact people who have already completed the assignment, even if selected. Go deeper.Unmark as completed - changes all selected assignees' assignment status from completed to in progress
This action does not impact people who have not yet completed the assignment, even if selected. Go deeper.

Marking and unmarking as completed
Mark as completed and Unmark as completed do not impact people who have already completed or not yet completed the assignment, respectively. Messaging indicates the action is "not allowed" for those it doesn't apply to. This allows you to safely take these actions on all assignees shown without filtering them by the appropriate status first.
How do I manage an assignment for one person?
The Manage assignments feature lets you take action on one assignee at a time, as well as in bulk (as described above).
