Minor Improvements

Inline Track Items

Track owners are now able to create Track items that are internal to their Tracks! This feature prevents owners from creating unnecessary noise in the Catalog, and enables centralized access to their content.

To create inline items, you have two options:

  • Create an inline item from within a Track, by using the Add Content > Create functionality.

  • Create an inline item from the Catalog, by leaving the Inline Item option enabled like the image below.

Inline Items are also searchable through the Add Content dialog. There, you’ll be able to filter content based on whether they’re inline or not and also see its visibility (Inline vs. Standalone). This way you can have inline content that is shared between multiple Tracks!

We're also pushing an update soon which will guarantee that the facilitators for a track are also the facilitators for its inline items. Stay tuned.

Content Items Dashboard

For a long time, power users could only interact with limited content items through the dashboard, such as Scheduled Tracks and Event Types. We’re excited to announce that a Content Items dashboard is now available for the remaining content types!

You can now manage your Content Items like: Articles, Assessments, Codelabs, Courses, Links, Tasks, Tracks and Videos through the Content Items dashboard!

To get started, head over to the Menu > Dashboard > Content Items.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that would cause the rules logs dialog to display error messages and not load.

  • Calendar declines now unenroll attendees on PlusPlus as expected.

  • Removed the Unknown status option from dashboard filters.

  • Disabled the email field from user profile edit pages as we don’t support updating emails through the interface.

  • Fixed a bug that caused our deprovisioning method not to unenroll people from events within Scheduled Tracks.
