Scenario
As a team member using PlusPlus, you want to talk with an expert about a specific question or idea related to a certain subject.
Solution
Book an office hour, following these steps:
Go to your PlusPlus Content or Catalog page, depending on your menu configuration, and filter by Office Hours.
Open the office hour series whose general subject covers your specific questions.
The office hour series landing page opens.
Click Book Session for the office hour whose timeframe works for your schedule.
The Book Session dialog opens, showing the host, office hour series, date and time, and location for your office hour.
Optionally, share the topics you would like to cover in the office hour so the host can be aware. The dialog asks "Which topics would you like to cover?" with placeholder text "Share confidentially with your Host".
Click an Enroll option.
The Enroll option with the map location icon enrolls you in the in-person version of the office hour.
The Enroll option with the WiFi signal icon enrolls you in the online version of the office hour.
You are enrolled in the office hour. An invite will be sent automatically to your calendar.
To see all the sessions you are currently enrolled in, open the profile menu in the upper-right and select My Sessions. You can manage your session enrollments from here.
