Understanding the Headers in CSV downloads for Events

As mentioned previously in Content Items dashboard, CSV exports serve as robust tools for data organization and analysis. The headers atop each column play a pivotal role in discerning the nature of data housed within. Here's another breakdown of these labels for the Events dashboard:

Definitions:

ID

  • This label represents a unique identifier in the system for each event

Created Date

  • The date and time when the entry was initially created. It helps track when each record was created in the system which occurs upon the first save

Created By

  • The username of who created the event

Modified Date

  • Date and time when the entry was last modified

Modified By

  • Name of the person who last modified or updated the event

Event Type (Event Series)

  • Specifies the name of the parent event type of the targeted event

Name

  • Name or title of the event created by the facilitator who initiated its creation

URL

  • This column contains a unique web URL link of the event which can be pasted into a browser and directly accessed by anyone if the event is set to public or hidden, however, if restricted only by those users permitted access via group security

Cover

  • Contains the path to the image cover used. If the field is blank the event is using a default PlusPlus provided image

Description

  • This label provides a description about the event taken from it's description field

Location

  • This column displays the events set physical location configurable on the Locations dashboard. An example would be a city such as Denver

Time Zone

  • This label indicates what time zone the event is set such as US/Mountain

Start Time (UTC)

  • The UTC based time the event is scheduled to begin

End Time (UTC)

  • The UTC based time the event is scheduled to conclude

Duration

  • This column indicates the length of time for the event to span which can be set in increments of 15 minutes or manually set by clicking into the field and typing to any 0:00 time

Timeslots (local-time)

  • This label indicates the times and dates of the event to include any multiple time periods events can be scheduled to span, allowing you to create multi-day events or events that skip over logical breaks (E.g. lunch break)

Presenters

  • This column lists the names of all the presenters associated with the events responsible for event presentation or facilitation

Organizer

  • This column lists the name the organizer who has primary responsibility and receives events notification as well as is mentioned on notification sent to attendees

Co-organizers

  • This column lists the names of all the co-organizers associated with the event and responsible for event logistics as well as responds to attendee questions

Is In Person

  • This label indicates if the event has an in person option - Yes or No

Is Online

  • This label indicates if the event has an online option - Yes or No

Enrollment Limit (In Person)

  • This column shows the set in person enrollment limit

Enrollment Limit (Online)

  • This column shows the set online enrollment limit

Waitlist Limit (In Person)

  • This column shows the set waitlist limit

Waitlist Limit (Online)

  • This column shows the set waitlist online limit

Hide Enrollees

  • This label indicates if the Attendee List is Private toggled is enabled where, if enabled equals true, only admins, maintainers, and attendees see who is attending events from this event series

Tags

  • This column displays tags created by platform admins in global settings associated with the events Tags are useful for categorizing and searching for specific records based on common themes or attributes

Is Hidden

  • This label indicates whether the event is hidden or visible to regular users. Note platform organizers and admins will still see hidden content and unless the event is restricted by a security group it's still accessible via a direct URL link

Access Groups

  • This column specifies the restricted groups with users access to the entry. If blank the event is unrestricted, set to allow all users

Office Hour

Checked-in (In Person)

  • This indicates how many users were checked-in person

Checked-in (Online)

  • This indicates how many users were checked-in online

Enrolled (In Person)

  • This indicates total of users enrolled

Enrolled (Online)

  • This indicates total of users enrolled online

Waitlisted (In Person)

  • This indicates total of users enrolled in person

Waitlisted (Online)

  • This indicates total of users waitlisted online

Dropped

  • This label indicates how many users dropped from the event

Average Rating

  • This column displays the total average rating given by all users which provided a rating

Last Engaged Date

  • This label shows the date and timestamp of the last instance a user engaged in the event or last time they had an interaction, such as interacted, completed, assigned themselves, watched

By understanding these column labels, you can effectively navigate, analyze, and manage the data within your Excel spreadsheet. Each header provides crucial information that helps in organizing and interpreting the data accurately making reporting on it easier.
