Here's a detailed explanation of the labels found in your specific document exports from the Content Items dashboard:

Is Hidden

  • This label indicates whether the entry is hidden or visible to regular users. Note that platform organizers and admins will still see hidden content

  • This column specifies the restricted groups with users access to the entry. If blank the content item is unrestricted, set to allow all users

Is Inline

  • This label shows if a content item is associated with a track and therefor only accessible within the track which cannot be consumed outside the track

Is Archived

  • This column indicates whether the entry is archived or active. Note that archived content can still be seen by platform admins and organizers and is accessible by any users with a direct URL link as described above in the URL section if not restricted to groups and by those users within associated restricted groups. It isn't, however, visible from the catalog view or by content searches

Parent Track ID

  • This label represents a unique identifier of the parent track associated with the content item
