Scenario
Your team members can create their own alerts using keywords or tags, keeping them in the know with emails about future events they are interested in and driving up discoverability for your content.
Solution
Team members create their watchlists using keywords or tags to filter events by. They also choose the frequency with which they receive their watchlists.
You can search for and select a tag to filter events by, and any upcoming events with a matching tag are listed in your watchlist email. Or, you can type a keyword to filter events by, and any upcoming events with a matching keyword in its title, description, category, location, and so on, are listed in your watchlist email.
You can choose one of the following for the frequency of your watchlist email:
Daily - email sent every day at 4:00 am PST / 11:00 am UTC
Weekly - email sent every Monday at 3:00 am PST / 10:00 am UTC
Monthly - email sent the 3rd of every month at 2:00 am PST / 9:00 am UTC
Here’s an example of an alert that a team member could set up.

What will team members see in their watchlist email?
They’ll see a list of future events that meet the criteria they configured. Only events created since their last alert email are included in the next listing, so they should not see the same scheduled event listed in consecutive alerts.
