Use assessments to measure learning and competencies. Here are the typical steps for using assessments:
Enable assessments in your instance of PlusPlus.
Assign the assessment.
You can assign the assessment directly to people or you can add it to a PlusPlus track.
Follow assessment results from team members who take it.
