Scenario

As a course owner, you have an eLearning course that has been updated (in SCORM, for example) and you want to update the corresponding course on the PlusPlus platform to the new version.

Solution

Import the new version of the course to the PlusPlus platform, following these steps:

  1. Go to the course you want to update.

  2. Open the context menu (button with three dots) and select Import new version.
    The Update Course dialog opens.

  3. Click upload a course file and select the file for updated course from your file explorer.

  4. Click Import.
The Importing course file dialog opens, stating that the import may take a few minutes. You can navigate away from the dialog if you want to, and you'll receive an email once the course is fully uploaded.

Once the file finishes importing, the course is updated to the new version. Only those who launch the course after the update see the new version. Those who started the course prior to the update continue using the version they started with.
