Why use courses?
With PlusPlus you can upload your own eLearning content authored in tools like Articulate and Captivate. You can also link to external learning content, such as LinkedIn Learning, to engage your teams with course material. PlusPlus courses are ideal support for compliance needs. You can assign courses individually, integrate them into a PlusPlus track, or let people discover and engage them on their own.
Here are a few more benefits:
You can track who has taken a course and receive feedback from them.
You can easily keep course content up to date by importing new versions without having to create new course instances.
Courses can connect learners to other content you’re offering in PlusPlus, like office hours covering similar topics.
Team members can save a course so they can return to it easily and take it later on.
Here are the typical steps for offering courses on PlusPlus.
Collect feedback on the course.
See who has taken the course and how learners rated it or responded to surveys about it. For more, see PlusPlus 101: How to get user feedback.
Update the course as needed.
This includes the ability to import new versions of a course. For more, see How to update eLearning courses.
